So much chaos...

I love it!

(+5)

Did anyone else had a fight club in the bathrooms?

(+1)

Happens all the time lol

(+1)

I'm so happy this was the first comment I saw cuz I was literally coming down to say the same thing XD

(+1)

Ye

(+1)

SO cute!
btw love your chanels noa and jonas

(+1)

This game is amazing and I love the art so much

(+2)

This was hilarious. I loved it.

Another cool and original entry from the guys that inspire me to create games.

(+1)

omg yas another game from Jonas and Noa uuu thanks you all!! Wow I think it was really good one time I was freaking out how do teachers deal with kids aaaa lol

It's a tough job! Though this is obviously exaggerated, I have massive respect for people doing this kind of job well.

yes ım really thankfull to all you guys did!

(+1)

Took me a while to figure what i was meant to be doing as i`m the person that skips through the text.

Haha yeah an interactive tutorial would have been preferable but no time... Hope you still figured it out :)

(+1)

Wait there was point lost for playing with fire I thought they wanted to get warm :/ whoops

(+2)

Yes, being totally engulfed in flames is my fav way to get warm lol :D

(+1)

What are wonderful colour pallete to emphasise the throwing of children XDD Very cool game. The children's AI is what struck me the most, (aside from the attractive art style). Very cool & funny submission :DDD

A lot of work went into the AI for sure :) Thank you for playing and your comment!

(+1)

Your art is very special I love it. Nice game !

(+1)

Noa is a consistently amazing artist!

(+1)

How did I miss the GMTK gamejam :<!? super exited to see the bts on this one!

Hope you'll catch the next one :)

:) thanks

(1 edit) (+2)

Lmao i wasn't expecting that. Now that is out of control. GG

(+1)

The school is on riot in the first few seconds, wow, that's what it's like to take care of a lot of children

Even though it's clearly exaggerated for comedic effect, it was somewhat inspired by real life for sure :D

(+1)

Fun... but actually got me anxious, overall a good game. Not for me tough T-T

Oof, sorry about that :o

(+1)

Missed the day progress bar because of the default webgl template scrolled down.

Do sad kids infect other kids with sadness? it seems like one would start then the whole area was crying.

(+1)

Kids can start crying when an angry kid hurts them or when they want to play somewhere but can't. :)

(+1)

Fun game, amazing audio.

Thank you! I'm glad people are mentioning the sound design / music :)
I spent almost the full second day on audio.

(+1)

Very nice game, reminds me of tomorrow corporation games (aestheticaly wise).  The feeling of not being under control was very clear on this one. Well done!

(+1)

Nice, I remember Noa mentioning World of Goo a few times during the jam. Thank you for playing!

(+1)(-1)

pretty good game. very well polished

(+1)

the camera could be inproved. JK

(+1)

Ahhhh! :D

It was JK but it still hurt... lol

(+1)

I LOVE THIS GAME AND EVERYTHING ABOUT IT!!

I LOVE THIS COMMENT AND EVERYTHING ABOUT IT!!

(+1)

OMG YAN IS IT TRULY YOU??? ARE YOU A ROBOT??????????

haha no sure it's me :P

(+2)

Such beautiful chaos, I love it!

(1 edit) (+2)

Idk why but the ai rly impressed me and the art and evoving music is awesome

Thank you so much! I'm glad you like the music. Jonas worked very hard on the AI and it resulted in lots of funny out of context quotes like "Damnit, there are a bunch of crying children and I can't calm them down because of a bug!" - Jonas 2020

(1 edit) (+1)

Wow! I love to drop kids! Dropping children is my favourite pastime

Nice, you'd make an excellent nursery school teacher!

(1 edit) (+2)

Grab and drop kids with space

Yes. Part of the job!

(+1)

After I found 3 severed heads, I decided I don't want kids no more

I swear they were just knocked out!

(+1)

such chaos... I love it

(+1)

This is the funniest game Ive ever played

This is the nicest comment Ive ever read

(+1)

Thanks man Ive been trying to be a nicer person

You're doing well!

:)

(+3)

HOW did you make this in two days! love it ;)

You'll find out how in the devlogs :)

(+2)

I wouldn't say the game play is that interesting, but I love the art, and there's clearly been a lot of effort put into this, good job

(+1)

exactly what i was thinking

(+1)

With more time could be a fun simulator like game. Like build the nursery up and do the game loop here but add on to it and make new buildings that change the behaviors or help with some issues and even add new ones.

Yeah, game is lacking more content. I agree. Maybe we overscoped a bit.

That would actually be really cool!

Makes sense. We focused more on thematic and narrative aspects than on pure gameplay. I think the contextualization makes all the difference though. Certainly a game that wouldn't work or be fun if it was just reduced to abstract shapes.

(+1)

That is a good point, maybe I was playing it in a more surface level way, more than going more in depth
